Preparing for any type of transition (LMS, 16/8 week, in-person/online, or different instructors) is an opportunity to improve your course — not just move it to a different format or different person. In this session, participants will use the KR³ Framework (Keep, Revise, Replace, Remove) to review course content, identify what to retain, update, replace, or remove, and prepare courses for a successful transition. Faculty will leave with a practical course cleanup plan that improves organization, accessibility, alignment, and student learning while ensuring their courses are ready for any type of transition.
